Twenty years of wine industry hires, one recruiter.
Amy Gardner founded WineTalent in 2004 after a decade recruiting in life sciences and technology. She has spent every year since placing winemakers, viticulturists, sales leaders and executives. She still runs every search herself.
Her grounding is in the science of wine. Amy studied plant science at UC Davis, where she concentrated on botany and researched biochemistry and fermentation, and she worked in lactic acid fermentation for dairy and food companies before moving into recruiting.
Based in Sacramento, working across Napa, Sonoma, Lodi, the Central Coast, Oregon, Washington and beyond.
